Yes. You can bring your vehicle to the repair shop you choose. Depending on the insurer and claim, the insurance company may inspect the vehicle at the shop, request photos, or use another inspection process.

A supplement is an additional estimate for covered damage or repair costs that weren't included in the original insurance estimate. If additional damage is discovered, the repair shop can submit a revised estimate to the insurance company for review. The insurer must agree to the additional covered repairs before it pays for them.
